All emails may take up to one business day to respond to.
- All standard shipping orders must be placed by 12pm EST on 5/11/23 for FREE*, guaranteed delivery by 5/14/23 (*Free delivery for order $50+).
- All express shipping orders must be placed by 4pm EST on 5/12/23 for guaranteed delivery by 5/14/23.
- Same day delivery available for eligible local NY/NJ zip codes on our DoorDash shop, Rosepops in a Rush.
- Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Orders that ship out on Thursdays will be delivered on Saturday delivery wherever FedEx permits; Sunday deliveries unavailable.
- Overnight Shipping - All days but Sundays if ordered Mon-Fri by 4pm EST.
- Free standard FedEx shipping on all orders over $50
- You will receive an order confirmation email when order is placed, followed by a subsequent email with tracking information.
- No signature required for any of our FedEx deliveries.
- Once orders are handed off to FedEx, we no longer control the shipment. Should any issues arise, they are best first taken up with FedEx and then, if not resolved, with a Rosepops representative.
- For PO Box addresses, your POP will ship via USPS Priority shipping which does not guarantee exact timely deliveries.
- Upon seeing the impact of Covid-19 on domestic logistics, Rosepops will often ship your order to arrive slightly earlier than the actual targeted delivery date. This has been our best approach for avoiding delays. Roses are safe to leave in their packaging until ready to be opened.
- Unfortunately Rosepops cannot accept returns. Each of our POPs is handcrafted to our customers' specifications and personalized with a custom message inside the lid of the POP. For these reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you need to contact us about your order for any extenuating reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
