Shipping and Return Policy
All POPs are handmade to order within 1-2 business days of order placement and will ship with FedEx 2 Day Shipping once all the finishing touches have been made. Overnight shipping is available once POPs are completed as well.

Severe weather conditions causing Shipping Delays throughout the USA! Your order will be made when received, but please be aware that shipping might take some additional time due to inclement weather.
- All orders are filled within 1-2 business days of placement (depending on level of customization requested).
- Standard shipping is FedEx 2 Day service which delivers on business days/weekdays only.
- No weekend deliveries are available
- Overnight FedEx delivery is available for weekday deliveries. These orders have to be placed before Noon EST in order to ship out for next day delivery.
- We do not require signatures with our FedEx deliveries as we do not want to oblige our customers to be home in order to receive their POPs. Please check FedEx tracking for updates on deliveries.
- Once our orders are given over to FedEx, we no longer control the shipment. Should any issues arise, they are best taken up with FedEx.
- FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses. If this is the only shipping address you can provide, your POP will ship via USPS Priority shipping.
Unfortunately Rosepops cannot accept returns. Each of our POPs is handcrafted to our customers' specifications and personalized with a custom message inside the lid of the POP. For these reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you need to contact us about your order for any extenuating reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
